In its last official notification release, the State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the date from which the admit card for the Junior Associate examination will be available online for download on its official website “” The link will be available for download for one entire month till the date of the examination. The online application window for this post was closed on 03rd May 2019 and the dates for the post’s preliminary and main examinations are also out now which is scheduled to be held on 22nd and 23rd of June and 10th of August 2019.

As of now, only the preliminary examination admit dates have been announced. The main examination admit card dates will be announced post-completion and publication of the prelims results. You must keep your Registration Number/Roll Number, and password/date of birth ready with you at the time of downloading because you need to log in with the help of them in order to view and download the admit card.

Important Dates For The Admit Card

SBI has given almost a month to download the admit card starting from 28/05/2019 and ending on 23/06/2019. You must download the call letter days before examination to save yourself from the last minute technical glitch or website crashing harassment. SBI has made it compulsory for the candidates to download an “acquaint yourself booklet” which states all the rules and regulations regarding the examination.

How To Download The Call Letter

The steps to download the admit card is universal and easy to follow, which are described as below-

Step 1– Open the link “” or “” on your web browser, which will take you to the career section homepage of the SBI.

Step 2– On the career section page, search for ‘Download call letter for SBI Jr. Associate (JA) Clerical Cadre Online Examination, 2019.’

Step 3– Once you have found the appropriate call letter hyperlink, click on the link which will take you to the next page where you need to enter your registration number, password or date of birth and security code correctly as mentioned on the screen and click “Submit” tab.

Step 4– After entering the above information, you will see you admit card on your screen. All you have to do is to cross-check all the details printed on the admit card like your name, age, date of birth, examination date, center and time, etc.

Step 5– Now you can download the call letter and save it for a printout.

Documents Required Along With The Admit Card

Candidates are required to bring any one of the following government identity proofs in original to verify the identity and information verification printed on the admit card.

  • Passport
  • Aadhar Card
  • Voter’s Card
  • Pan Card
  • Driving License
  • Bank Passport With a Photograph Attached.
  • College I.D.

The applicants must affix a passport size photograph the same one which is uploaded at the time of online application and also a photocopy of the government I.D. which will be brought in original. On the date of examination, the bank officials might capture the thumb impression of the candidates in digital format for biometric verification of the candidates.

Cut-Off Marks and Exam Result Date

As of now, SBI has not yet announced the examination and merit list date. And, has also not determined the cut-off marks for the same. They have said that both will be determined once the examination is over because the cut off marks will be decided on the overall performance of the candidates in the examination.
