BRO Recruitment 2019 778 Driver Mechanical Transport, Electrician & Other Posts

Border Roads Organization (BRO), which comes under the Ministry of Defence has issued an official notification earlier this month, inviting eligible candidates to apply for various posts till 16th July 2019. The recruitment is to hire and fill 778 vacant posts comprising of Driver Mechanical Transport, Electrician, Vehicle Mechanic, and Multi Skilled Worker vacancies. The application form needs to be submitted offline which needs to be sent to the organization’s stated office along with other documents asked by them on or before 16/07/2019.

BRO has not yet decided on any dates (not even tentative dates) for the Practical (Trade) Test and the Written Test. Admit Card Download Date

Steps To Download The Admit Card

  1. Open the BRO official website “www.bro.gov.in” on your web browser.

Examination Result Date and Cut-Off Marks:

After successful completion of the written examination, BRO would declare the result of provisionally selected candidates on their official website “www.bro.gov.in” within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of examination. The result would be followed by an ordinary letter for all the selected candidates who would need to report to GREF Center, Pune- for medical examination.
The board in its official advertisement notification has mentioned the cut-off marks which all the candidates need to secure to pass in it, which is as follows:

  1. Minimum 50% or more for general or unreserved category candidates, and
  2. Minimum 40% marks or more for SC & ST category candidates.

Indian Air Force Recruitment 2019 Exam Date syllabus Admit cards

Indian Air force has released the Notification of Recruitment for the post of Airmen X and Y Trades. The online application procedure of IAF will start on 1st July 2019. The application will close on 15th July. The candidates must have to fulfill their eligibility criteria in order to apply for the positions. They have to pay the application fee through online and have to submit the form successfully. The online exam date will be from 21st Sep to 24th Sep. Paper will be Hindi or English language.

Eligibility Criteria:

All the candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria applying for this position.

Age limit: The maximum age limit for a candidate in this examination is 21 years.
Educational Qualification:

Group X:

Candidates have to pass 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Mathematics, and Physics. Their aggregate marks must be a minimum of 50 percent marks. and they have to get a minimum of 50% marks in English also. OR

The candidate those who completed a Diploma in Engineering have to complete their diploma from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute or college with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. and they have to get minimum 50% marks in English in their diploma course.

Group Y Trades except for Medical Assistant:

The candidates who passed 10+2 or their intermediate exam by getting a minimum of 50 percent marks. and they have to score a minimum of 50 % in English. OR

Those who have done the Vocational Course of 2 years with 50 % marks and they have to score a minimum of 50% in English.

Group Y Trade for Medical Assistant:

The candidates who passed 10+2 or their intermediate exam by getting a minimum of 50 percent marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. and they have to score a minimum of 50 % in English.

The candidates who are eligible for Group X as well as Group Y through the basis of their 10+2 or intermediate examination would give the option of sitting both of the examinations. There is an option of filling up in the same online form.
The candidates who have completed their diploma can apply only for the Group X trades.

The exact percentage of the marks of 10+2 or diploma will be counted as the rules of the recognized board of their education. In their results, the percentage for t the candidates will be calculated before the decimals which are written to their mark sheet. For example, 50.99% will be taken at 50%. It will not calculate at 51%.

Medical rules and standards:

Here we have mentioned the standard of Group X and Group Y. The height of the candidate must be 152.5 cm. The minimum expansions of the chest have to be 5cms. Candidate’s weight must be proportionate to their height as well as their age. Candidates have the ability to hear from a distance of 6 meters. The candidates should have a good set of teeth and healthy gums. Candidates should be free from any kind of chronic disease. Candidates should be fit mentally as well as physically.

Examination dates and examination pattern:

Online examination will be held from 21 st September to 24th September. There will be two phases of this examination.

Phase1(Objective Test): In this phase, an online test will be taken for Group X, Group Y, and both of them are those who are eligible for both of the examinations. For group X the subjects are English, math, and Physics. For group Y the subjects are English, Reasoning and General Awareness. For Group X the time duration of the examination is 60 minutes and for Group Y and Group X&Y the time duration is 45 minutes and 85 minutes. For every correct answer, the candidate will get 1 mark. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. They will not get any marks without attempting any questions.

Those who qualify the phase 1 will get a new hall ticket or new admit card for their 2nd phase examination in their registered email ids.

Phase 2(Physical fitness test): There will be a Physical Fitness Test for the 2nd round of the examination. Candidates must have to run 1.6km and complete in 30 seconds. The Physical Fitness Test includes 10 Pushups, 10 sit-ups, and 20 Squats.

Those who pass the Physical Fitness Test have to appear for another test named Adaptability test1 for both of the Group X and Group Y candidates. This written test will be based on objective type questions. This test will take to see the candidates’ suitability in Indian Air Force in various conditions like geographic terrain, and many operational conditions.

Those who pass the adaptability test 1 has to appear for adaptability test 2. In this test, IAF checks the adaptability of the candidates that they can adapt the military life and their capability of sustaining here.

Phase 3(Medical test): Air Force medical team conducts the medical examination test which includes urine, Hb, TLC, DLC, uric acid, urea, creatinine, SGPT, SGOT, ECG, Xray Chest, LFT.

DRDO 2019 Recruitment Examination Date, Syllabus And Admit Card

Defense Research & Development Organization (DRDO) is inviting online applications in respect of recruitment for the post of Technician ‘A’ under Defense Research & Development Organisation Technical Cadre (DRTC). The online application window is posted on their official website “www.drdo.gov.in” which had started on 03/06/2019 and will end soon on 26/06/2019. All the applicants who desire to be selected for the Tech. A post has to meet all the eligibility criteria stipulated by the DRDO Board in this regard. The applicants also need to pay a sum of money online at the time of registration as application fees.

Eligibility Criteria

Only those applicants’ application form would be accepted who fulfills all the eligibility criteria required for this post, which is detailed below-

  1. Educational Qualification– The candidate must have passed Xth Standard from a recognized board or institution, and Must obtain a Certificate from a recognised Industrial Training Institute in the required discipline.
  2. Age Limit– An applicant must fall in the age group of 18 years to 28 years to be eligible for this post. Upper age relaxation is allowed per the Government Rules in this regard for SC, ST, OBC, PWD, ESM, Widows, Divorced Women, Women judicially separated from their husbands who are not married again, etc.

Selection Process

The selection process for the DRDO Technician ‘A’ position consists of entry tests divided into two tiers i.e. Tier-I (CBT) and Tier-II (Trade Test). Tier-I test will be an online objective based test which will be a provisional selection test, whereas the Tier-II test will be qualifying in nature. Candidates who would be provisionally shortlisted will appear for the Tier-II test. Along with the Tier-II test, there will be a detailed document verification process too where all the shortlisted candidates have to bring all their identity proof, merit certificates, and all other documents stated by the board at the time of application.

Examination Date and Pattern

As of now, the DRDO board has not yet fixed any date for their Tier-I and Tier-II tests. The board has said that once the application process is completely done then they will be able to decide and finalize the Tier-I and Tier-II test dates. After the completion of the Tier-I test, the date for the Tier-II test will be announced. The applicants are advised to closely follow the DRDO website for any updates in this context.

The Tier-I will be an objective based test with multiple choice questions. And, the Tier-II test will be of ITI level in the respective trade, which will be conducted to test the applicant’s practical skills. Tier-I test will be of 120 minutes which is divided into two sections i.e. section A and section B. And, the Tier-II test will be of one to two hours duration.

Syllabus For The Two Tests:

1.) Tier-I Test

  • Section A: Question paper will test the candidates on their Quantitative Ability, General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability, General Awareness, Basic English Language Knowledge and General Science Knowledge. This section will have 50 questions of 1 mark each with total marks coming to 50.     
  • Section B: It will test the candidates on their knowledge of their specific trade or discipline of post-code. This section will comprise of total 100 questions of 1 mark each, which brings the total to 100 marks. So, the Tier-I test will be of total of 150 marks.
  1. Tier-II Test– Tier-II test will have a question paper which will be on the specific trade to which the candidate belongs to or his discipline of post-code. In other words, the trade test will be the same as the ITI level examination in the same trade which will test the applicants’ practical skills.

Admit Card Dates For Both The Two Tests:

Currently, no specific dates have been announced by the DRDO board for the release of the admit card. But the board has confirmed that the link to download the admit will be published on their website at least two weeks prior to the test dates and will be active till the date of the examination. So the candidates must download the admit card well in advance to avoid any last moment technical hazards.

Cut-Off Marks Amd The Exam Result Date:

In its last official notification release, the State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the date from which the admit card for the Junior Associate examination will be available online for download on its official website “https://www.sbi.co.in.” The link will be available for download for one entire month till the date of the examination. The online application window for this post was closed on 03rd May 2019 and the dates for the post’s preliminary and main examinations are also out now which is scheduled to be held on 22nd and 23rd of June and 10th of August 2019. Documents required along with the call letter

In this article, we have given every information regarding the exam. The candidates must have the admit card with them while they are entering the examination hall. Along with the admit card or Hall ticket, we must have to carry the government identity proof for the TNEB TANGEDCO Trainee exam. Any valid document you have to carry. and the documents must be issued by Gazetted Officer. The documents you need to carry are given below.

Candidates have to carry two copies of passport size photographs. The photograph should be the same as the photograph during the timing of registration.

Cut-Off Marks:

The candidates who will qualify the physical test will be allowed to sit the written examination. It will be a total of 100 marks examination. In their previous recruitment of the examination, the cut off marks were 60-70 %. So the applicants are recommended to get at least 70 % marks in this examination.

SSB Constable (GD) Posts’ Examination Admit Card 2019

Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) is just over with their 2019 online application invitation process for the post of Constable (GD) and soon they will be announcing the dates for their online written examination and admit card in respect of it. As of now, SSB is only speculating on fixing a suitable date to download the call letter and for conducting the examination. The link to download the admit card will be posted on the official website of SSB i.e. “www.ssbrectt.gov.in” or “www.ssb.nic.in” days before the examination.

The candidates must keep their Registration Number or Roll Number and their Date of Birth ready when downloading the admit card because these details will be required to log in to the website for downloading the call letter. It is recommended to follow the SSB website for any updates or notifications in this regard.

Important Dates To Download The Admit Card

SSB department has not yet fixed any particular date or a time period during which the admission will be available for download. But it is anticipated that the call letter will be available 10-15 days prior to the date of examination and will also remain active till then. Once the examination date is finalized, the date to download the admit card will also be provided online simultaneously. How To Download The, Admit Card

The process of downloading the admit card for the Constable (GD) post examination is very simple and easy to follow, which is described below-

Step 1– Type the official website URL of the SSB department i.e. “www.ssb.nic.in” or “www.ssbrectt.gov.in” on your web browser, which will lead you to the SSB website home-page.

Step 2– Search for the SSB Constable (GD) post’s examination 2019 admit card hyperlink.

Step 3– Once you have found the link, click on it which will take you to the login page.

Step 4– At the login page, enter your Registration Number or Roll Number, your Date of Birth or Password and security code as mentioned on the screen, and then click on the “Submit tab.”

Step 5– Now your call letter will be on your screen. Cross-check all the information printed on the admit card like your name, address, age, date of birth, examination date, timer & center, etc., before downloading the admit card.

Step 6– Now download the call letter for your future reference and then take a print out of it.

SSB has made it mandatory for the candidates to carry any one of the following government identity proof in original to verify your details and identity with that on the admit card.

Cut-Off Marks And The Examination Result Date:

Out of the total 100 marks examination, the board has stipulated minimum qualifying marks for each candidate which is 35% for General or Un-Reserved Category Candidates and 33% for SC/ST/OBC Category Candidates. The expected result time frame for the publication of the examination result is 25 days from the date of examination, which is subjected to change. And the merit list will be published 30 days after the examination date which is again tentative in nature.

SBI Admit Card For the Post Of Junior Associates PET Examination 2019

In its last official notification release, the State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the date from which the admit card for the Junior Associate examination will be available online for download on its official website “https://www.sbi.co.in.” The link will be available for download for one entire month till the date of the examination. The online application window for this post was closed on 03rd May 2019 and the dates for the post’s preliminary and main examinations are also out now which is scheduled to be held on 22nd and 23rd of June and 10th of August 2019.

As of now, only the preliminary examination admit dates have been announced. The main examination admit card dates will be announced post-completion and publication of the prelims results. You must keep your Registration Number/Roll Number, and password/date of birth ready with you at the time of downloading because you need to log in with the help of them in order to view and download the admit card.

Important Dates For The Admit Card

SBI has given almost a month to download the admit card starting from 28/05/2019 and ending on 23/06/2019. You must download the call letter days before examination to save yourself from the last minute technical glitch or website crashing harassment. SBI has made it compulsory for the candidates to download an “acquaint yourself booklet” which states all the rules and regulations regarding the examination.

Step 2– On the career section page, search for ‘Download call letter for SBI Jr. Associate (JA) Clerical Cadre Online Examination, 2019.’

Step 3– Once you have found the appropriate call letter hyperlink, click on the link which will take you to the next page where you need to enter your registration number, password or date of birth and security code correctly as mentioned on the screen and click “Submit” tab.

Step 4– After entering the above information, you will see you admit card on your screen. All you have to do is to cross-check all the details printed on the admit card like your name, age, date of birth, examination date, center and time, etc.

Step 5– Now you can download the call letter and save it for a printout.

L.I.C. ADO Recruitment 2019 Exam Date, Syllabus And Admit Card Date.

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is inviting online applications from eligible candidates to be recruited as an Apprentice Development Officers (ADO) across their various Divisional Offices. The online application window for the post was opened on 20/05/2019, which was closed on 09/06/2019. The candidates must fulfill their stipulated eligibility criteria in order to apply for the ADO position. And, they also have to make an online payment as application fees to successfully submit the application form. The appointment will be under three categories, namely, Agents, Employees, and Open Market.

Eligibility Criteria

All the candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for the ADO post.

  • Educational Qualification– Applicants applying for the Employee, Agents or Open Market Category category in both rural and urban areas must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or from the Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai. Applicants who possess a good knowledge of insurance marketing or a Masters’s Degree in Business Administration in Marketing or a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from a recognized University in India or by an Institute approved by the All India Council for Technical Education will be given preference.
  • Age Limit– Every applicant must be at least 21 years of age and must not exceed 30 years of age as on 01/05/2019. Relaxation in age as per the government rules.
  • Working Experience– All the applicants must have a requisite work experience as on 01/05/2019, which is as follows:
  • For Employee Category– Minimum 3 years of service after confirmation in Class III Post for recruitment in both urban and rural areas.
  • For Agents Category– Minimum 5 years as an agent or other than an agent like DSE/FSE, who has brought a net First Year Premium Income of minimum Rs. 5,00,000/- during the immediately preceding 5 financial years and also a net First Year Premium Income of minimum Rs. 1,00,000/- on 50 lives in each of any 3 of these financial years, for recruitment in the urban area.      For recruitment in a rural area, an applicant must have a minimum of 4 years as an agent or other than an agent like DSE/FSE, who has brought a net First Year Premium Income of minimum Rs. 1,00,000/- on 50 lives per year in any 3 of the immediately preceding 4 financial years.
  • For Open Market Operations– Experience of at least 2 years in the life insurance industry would be preferred.

Selection Procedure

The desirable candidates will be selected on the basis of an initial online-written test, in which those who secure the cut-off marks will qualify for the second round which will be a personal interview round. Candidates who pass in all the above two rounds will go through the third and the last round which will be a medical examination round.

Exam Dates And Pattern

The date for the online preliminary examination is scheduled for the 6th and 13th of July, 2019 and the date for the main examination is fixed on 10th August, 2019, all the dates being tentative as of now. So, it is advised to regularly visit the official website of LIC “http://www.licindia.in/” for any updates or notification in this regard.

The pattern of both preliminary and main examination is objective multiple choice question-based. There are no negative markings for any wrong answers in any of the examinations. And, the exams have a fixed duration time with timer for each section of the examination.

Syllabus For On-Line Preliminary Exam For Open Market Category

  • The preliminary examination will be based on 3 sections which are Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability and English. Each section will have 35, 35, 30 questions respectively, with each question carrying 1 mark which brings the total to 100 marks. The duration of the examination is 1 hour only. Here, the English Language section will be of qualifying nature and marks secured in it will not be considered for rankings. Candidates who score 20 times or more of the number of vacancies in each category, subject to its availability will be selected for the main examination.

Syllabus For Main Examination For Open Market Category

  • The mains will be a total of 150 marks divided into 3 sections which are Reasoning Ability & Numeric Ability; General Knowledge, Current Affairs and English Language with emphasis on Grammer & Vocabulary; and Insurance and Financial Marketing Awareness with emphasis on Life Insurance & Financial Sector Knowledge. All three sections will have 50 questions each, with every question carrying 1 mark and within the allotted time limit of 120 minutes.

Syllabus For On-Line Main Examination For Agents and Employees Category

This will be a single examination of 150 marks which needs to be completed within 120 minutes.

  • For Agents: The examination will have 3 sections which are Reasoning Ability & Numerical Ability; General Knowledge, Current Affairs and English Language with emphasis on Grammer & Vocabulary; and Elements of Insurance and Marketing of Insurance. The first section will have 25 questions of 10 marks, the second section will have 25 questions of 15 marks and the final section will have 50 questions of 125 marks respectively.
  • For Employees: This examination too will be divided into 3 sections i.e. Reasoning Ability & Numerical Ability; General Knowledge, Current Affairs and English Language with emphasis on Grammer & Vocabulary; and Practise and Principles of Insurance Marketing. The first section will consist of 25 questions of 25 marks, the second section will comprise of 25 questions of 25 marks and the last section will have 50 questions of 100 marks respectively.

Important Date For Admit Card Download:

The only date which has been released by LIC for availability and download of the call letter for the examination is 29th June 2019 onwards which will be available for one week on the official website of LIC. Lic will send an intimation for downloading call letters through an SMS or email.

Step 3– Once you come to the call letter page, you will be required to enter your a. Registration Number, b.) Password, and c.) Date of Birth to view and download the call letter.

Step 4– After entering all the above details correctly, you will see your admit card on your screen. Cross-check all your information printed on your admit card like your name, date of birth, address, time, date and center of examination, etc.

Step 5– You must first download it and then take a print out to avoid the last-minute harassment or technical glitch.
