RRB Level 1 Group D Results 2019

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will announce the results of the Group D Level 1 Posts CBT examination for all the participating RRB regions in the first week of March 2020. For every participating region the results will be uploaded on the region’s respective website, which the candidates can view by entering their Registration Number and Date of Birth to login to their account on that region’s website. The CBT examination for the Group D Level 1 posts is expected to be conducted between September to December 2019 for every participating region.

Along with the merit list, the Board also releases answer keys and category wise cut-off marks for all the regions. RRB fix cut-off marks considering various factors, such as the overall performance of the candidates in the examination, the difficulty level of the question paper, the number of candidates for the post against number vacancies for the post, and a few more. So, because of these factors, the minimum cut-off marks are different for every region. A candidate has to secure this minimum cut-off marks in his CBT examination in order to stand a chance to qualify for the next PET round.

In the merit list, candidates will be able to view the complete evaluation details of their answer script, such as No.of Questions Attempted, No.of Questions Answered Correctly, No.of Questions Answered Wrongly, Raw Marks, No.of Questions Not Answered (if any), Prorated Marks out of 100, Normalized Marks and Status of Shortlisting through Candidate Login. In this article, the candidates will be informed about the steps and how to check the merit list of the CBT examination.

Steps To Check RRB Level 1 Group D Results 2019

Below mentioned steps must be followed by a candidate who has appeared in the RRB Level Group D CBT examination in order to check the merit list released in respect of the same.

  1. Visit the official regional website of RRB for which the candidate has applied for at the time of registration. OR Visit the principle website of RRB and on its homepage search for RRCB Regional website address link for which he has applied and click on it once found out.
  2. Once on the homepage of the regional website, click on the link named as “Result of RRB Group ‘D’ (CEN 02/2019 – Level 1 Posts as per 7th CPC) CBT Examination, 2019-2020.”
  3. After clicking the result link, it will take the candidate to a login page where he has to enter his Registration Number as his User I.D. and Date of Birth as his Password in order to login to his account.
  4. After successful login, the merit list of the Level 1 Group D CBT examination will appear on the screen in the PDF format.
  5. The merit list will consist of Roll Numbers and names of those candidates who have passed the CBT examination and have qualified for the next PET examination round.
  6. The candidate should download the merit list in the PDF format for his/her future reference.

Those candidates who clear the semi-final round of selection process, which is PET round will be called for the final round which is a Document Verification round. In this round, all the shortlisted candidates will be asked to bring along their I.D. proofs and all the mark sheets both in original and photocopies. Candidates who successfully clear this D.V. round will be evaluated on all the previous selection rounds before the final appointment. If two candidates secure equal marks in the CBT examination, then the one who is older in age will be given preference over the younger one. So, the candidates are advised to regularly check the official website of RRB to stay updated and informed in this context.

RRB MI Results 2019

The result for each stage of recruitment examination for Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Ministerial and Isolated categories (MI) will be published on the official website of the respective RRB i.e. region wise website of RRB. Once the actual result date is fixed by the Board, the candidates will be informed about it via an email or an SMS to their registered mail i.d. or mobile number and the date will also be posted on the official RRB Regional websites. The link to view the results will be made available on the respective region’s RRB website. Candidates can visit their respective region’s RRB website to view the result and can even download it in PDF format, which will consist of the roll numbers of the candidates who have cleared the RRB MI recruitment examination (Stage wise/Final). And, to check the scorecard, the candidates have to enter their Registration Number as User I.D. and Date of Birth as Password to login to their account and view their scorecard.

The cut-off marks fixed by RRB for the MI CBT examination is as follows-

  1. For Unreserved Category Candidates: 40%
  2. For EWS Category Candidates: 40%
  3. For OBC, SC Category Candidates: 30%
  4. For ST Category Candidates: 25%

Steps To Check RRB MI Results 2019:

Following are the steps to view the RRB MI results 2019 online on the website-

  1. The candidate has to visit the appropriate zonal website of the RRB for which they have applied. For instance, if a candidate has applied through the Kolkata RRB, then he needs to visit Kolkata RRB website @ “www.rrbkolkata.gov.in.”
  2. Once on the homepage of the respective region’s website, the candidate has to search for a link named “Results”, which will be present as one of the top options in the menu bar and click on it.
  3. If the candidate has to check his CBT result and he has to search and click on the appropriate link that shows CBT or click on the relevant stage link in order to check the result of that particular stage exam or the final stage of the examination.
  4. Now, the relevant results will appear on their screen, which will consist of roll numbers and names of the candidates who have qualified the examination and will appear in the next selection rounds. The name and the roll no. of the candidates who have passed will be highlighted in the file.
  5. This same process must be followed to view the results for each stage of the recruitment process, which also includes CBT, SST, PT and TST as applicable.
  6. Details Mentioned On RRB MI Scorecard:

After successful completion of all the examination, the final scorecard will be published by the RRB, which will have the following details-

  1. Candidate’s name.
  2. Candidate’s registration number.
  3. Marks secured in each of the examinations.
  4. Final score.
  5. Overall ranking.

RRB MI Merit List Details:

  1. The merit list for the post of Junior Stenographer will be prepared on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained by a candidate in the CBT and in the Stenography skill test.
  2. The merit list for the Junior Translator post will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by a candidate only in the CBT exam. But, candidates who fail to secure more than 60% in the translation test will be automatically disqualified.
  3. The merit list for the post of Assistant Mistress/Junior School or PTI/TGTs/PGTs will be prepared by giving weightage to CBT and TST examination in the ratio 85:15.
  4. And, the merit list for Music/Dance Teachers, PGT/TGT Art Master posts will be prepared by giving weightage to CBT, PT, TST in the ratio 60:25:15.

The candidates who pass the CBT examination will go through other rounds of selection, which are in itself qualifying in nature. In case two candidates secure similar marks, the merit position will then be determined on the basis of age where the elder candidate will be preferred over the younger one. But, if age also turns out to be the same, then the alphabetical order of the first letter of the name shall be considered for tie-breaking.

Indian Air Force Recruitment 2019 Exam Date Syllabus and Admit Card Date

The Indian Air Force (IAF) has released an official notification online, inviting online applications from unmarried Indian/Nepalese male candidates to join as an Airmen in Group ‘X’ Trades (Excluding Education Instructor Trade) and Group ‘Y’ Trades (Excluding IAF Security and Musicians Trade). This recruitment by IAF will be for their 02/2020 batch, which is their second batch in this category. Per the notification, the online application link will be available on IAF official website airmenselection.cdac.in and careerindianairforce.cdac.in and the application window will open from 1st of July and end on 15th July 2019.

While applying online for the post, the applicants have to pay an amount online as an application fee to submit successfully submit his application form. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

For Group ‘X’

Must have passed 10th and 12th standard or any equivalent examination from a recognized board listed as COBSE member with Mathematics, Physics, and English Language, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% separately in the English Language.

OR,

Must have passed Three Years Diploma Course in Engineering in any stream from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute listed as COBSE member, securing 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English (if it is there in the course, otherwise class 10/12 English marks must be 50%).

For Group ‘Y’

Must have passed 10th and 12th standard or any equivalent examination in any stream from a Central or State recognized Board listed as COBSE member, securing 50% in aggregate and separately in English.

OR,

Must have passed Two Years Vocational Course from an Educational Board listed as COBSEa member, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate and separately in English (if it is there in the course, otherwise class 10/12 English marks must be 50%).

Group ‘Y’ For Medical Assistant Trade Only:

Must have passed 10th and 12th standard or any equivalent examination from an Educational Board listed as COBSE member with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English.

Age Limit

The candidates who were born between 19th July 1999 and 01 July 2003 (both inclusive) are eligible to apply for the post. The IAF has kept the upper age limit as on the date of registration as 21 years.

Selection Procedure

The selected candidates will have to undergo a Joint Basic Phase Training (JBPT) at Basic training Institute, Belagavi (Karnataka). Only after successful completion of all the stages of the JBP Training i.e., the selected candidates will be deployed on jobs as per their allotted trades and once a trade is assigned to a candidate will not be changed on any ground or circumstances.

Exam Date and Pattern:

The dates for the two online tests are not yet decided by the IAF for both the Groups X & Y. Both the tests would be an objective based, multiple choice questions. To finish both Phase-I and Phase-II online tests, the candidates who will apply for only Group X post will have 60 minutes to finish Those who will apply for Group Y only will have 45 minutes to finish and those who will apply for both Group X & Y will have 85 minutes to finish the exam.

Each question in both the online examinations will carry 1 mark and 0.25 mark shall be deducted for every wrong answer marked by the candidate. All the candidates have to qualify in each subject and overall as well to clear the online tests.

Examination Syllabus

  1. For Group X applicants only, the syllabus for both the examination will comprise of English, Physics, and Mathematics which will be based on 10+2 CBSE standard.
  2. For Group Y applicants, the syllabus for both the examination will comprise of English based on 10+2 CBSE standard.
  3. For applicants applying for both Group X & Y, the syllabus for both the examination will comprise of English, Physics, and
  4. Mathematics based on 10+2 CBSE standard and also Reasoning and General Awareness.

Admit Card Download Date

As of now, there has been no particular date or period announced for the download of the admit card for the online tests. But, the tentative month for the issue of the admit card for the Phase-I online test in September. The admit card for the Phase-II online test will be available for download once the results of the Phase-I test is declared.

How To Download The Admit Card?

The admit card for both Group X & Y will be sent to every candidate’s registered personal email i.d. But, the provisional admit card can be downloaded by the candidates under the candidates log in page on CASB web portal i.e. airmenselection.cdac.in, the steps for which are explained below.

  1. Visit the above mentioned official recruitment website.
  2. Search for a hyperlink titled “IAF Airmen Recruitment Admit Card.”
  3. Click on this hyperlink which will lead you to a login page.
  4.  Now, on this login page, you need to log in with your credentials, which are mainly your Registration Number and your Date of Birth.
  5. Your admit card for the online test will appear on your screen. Cross-check all the details printed on your admit card like your name, address, date of birth, examination date, center and time, etc.
    At the end, download your admit card and then take a print out of it.

A candidate has to carry the following documents at the examination center for both the tests. both in original and a copy of it to establish his identity with his admit card.

For Phase-I Test Only

The result of both Phase-i and II will be declared after 25 days from the date of examination and the cut-off marks to qualify in both the tests will also be declared after the examination on the basis of the overall performance of the candidates in the test
